At Jym-Lete, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return:

We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization

Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible

Ship the return to the address provided

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Pre-Order Items:

Pre-order items can be cancelled or modified before they ship. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
